Earnings and Deductions

Employees view their own compensation details securely online, including deductions, accruals, demographics, and pay history. Employers reduce paper by “going green” with this web-based feature and the ability to send company-wide messages online. Employees are able to update their address and phone numbers which flow into the payroll details. They also are able to print past check history for loans or other needs without having to request it from Human Resources. W2s are also available online so no reprint fees when employees are unable to locate their W2.
Our system will deduct the funds from the employee’s wages based on the garnishment document and make payment to the appropriate agency.
New Hire Reporting

The process of E-Verifying your employees does not solve the problem of I-9 administration. Even an employer who has checked all their employees with E-Verify still needs to accurately complete I-9 forms, store them correctly, keep them updated, and, of course, not discriminate against any employees. This solution gives you the tools to store I-9 forms online and keep you in compliance with E-Verify.
