Imagine Holiday Schedule

Imagine's hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.

 

Our office is closed on the following holidays so please remember to submit your payroll early during these weeks to ensure prompt delivery of your payroll:

 

2017 Schedule

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (July 3 & 4th)

  • Labor Day (September 4th)

  • Thanksgiving Day and Friday after Thanksgiving (November 23rd & 24th)

  • Christmas (December 25th & 26th)

  • New Year’s Day  -  January 1, 2018

 

In addition, the dates listed below are additional Federal holidays. Imagine will be open, but a bank file will not occur. If you have employees with direct deposit, consider the timing of your submission of payroll to Imagine.

 

Please contact your Payroll Specialist in advance to coordinate your payroll check date and delivery near these dates:

  • October 9, 2017

  • November 11, 2017
